Beginning in November, a new appraisal reporting format will change how property information is collected and presented. Sean will break down what’s changing, what it means for real estate professionals, buyers and homeowners, and what to expect when navigating the appraisal and lending process.
Topics will include the new appraisal report format, expanded property information and reporting, how these changes may affect a real estate transaction, and what buyers and agents can do to help make the appraisal process run smoothly.
Whether you work in real estate, are considering buying a home, or simply want to better understand today’s home financing process, this session will provide practical information and plenty of time for questions.
