ARPA Phase II Project Proposal Community Meeting | November 9, 2022
On November 9, 2022 The City of Lynn held a public meeting regarding ARPA Phase II funding. The public was invited to the Lynn auditorium for a presentation given by the city to go over where the remaining $21.8million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) money is planned to be spent. 49% of the funding will go towards housing with the rest ion the investments being made on infrastructure (18%), public health (14%), food security (6%), non-profit support (6%), workforce development (3%), & city-related projects (4%).
